Update payment method

Receipt Bot pauses your data processing when there is a payment failure either due to the expiration of your credit card or your account not having enough funds. This guide will walk you through the steps to add a new payment method and set it as the primary source for future transactions.

Steps to Update Payment Method

Step 1 – Navigate to the Subscription & Billing page using the gear icon.

Step 2 – Click the “Manage Subscription” button and select “Edit Payment Method” from the drop-down menu.

Step 3 – Click the “Add New Payment Method/Card”button from the pop-up.

Step 4 – Select the payment type. Currently, Receipt Bot accepts Credit cards or PayPal.

Step 5 – Enter your payment method details like Card Number, First Name, etc.

Step 6 – Click the “Add” button.

Note: Your payment method data is stored on a secured & encrypted server. Based on your service provider, you might be required to complete a 3D-secured verification of your details.

Step 7 – Select the “Primary” option to set the payment method as the main account for future transactions.
