Types of notifications sent by Receipt Bot
Processing summary Notification

Processing summary notification is sent after the Receipt Bot has finished processing a batch of documents. It summarises the results, including the number of documents processed, the number of errors encountered, and other relevant information. This notification is sent via email, web and mobile to the user who uploaded the documents, allowing you to gauge the health and progress of your document management quickly.

Receipt Bot primarily sends processing summary emails to the user who uploaded the documents. But as an Organization owner or admin, if you want to receive a processing summary email for all the documents irrespective of who uploaded them, you can enable the setting from the ‘User Profile’ page.

To enable processing summary emails for all the documents, please follow these steps:

  • Click the gear icon at the top right of the page.
  • Select the ‘User Profile’ page from the drop-down menu.
  • Enable the ‘Processing summaries for all documents’ switch.
Processing Pause Notification

The processing pause notification is sent to account owners in situations where document processing has been paused. This pause can occur due to various reasons:

  1. When free trial credits have been utilised.
  2. When the free trial period has ended.
  3. When credits for the current billing period have been utilized.
  4. When payment could not be processed against the provided payment method.
  5. When the subscription has been cancelled.
  6. When account verification is required.

The purpose of this notification is to keep you informed about the pause in document processing, ensuring transparency and clarity regarding the status of your documents.
