Receipt Bot offers an initiative to reward our valuable users for spreading the word about our services through a “Customer Referral Program”. You can refer your friends, colleagues, accountants, bookkeepers, and other small business owners to join Receipt Bot, and you and the referred party earn free processing credit as a reward.

This program is designed to show our appreciation for your trust and loyalty while helping more businesses streamline their expense management.

This article will cover how you can join the Receipt Bot Customer Referral Program.

What is the Receipt Bot Customer Referral Program?

The Receipt Bot “Customer Referral Program” allows you to earn document processing credits by introducing new customers to our platform. When you refer someone to Receipt Bot, and they register using your referral link and become a paying customer, you and the person you referred receive document processing credits as a reward.

How Does the Referral Program Work?

If you have not signed up for the referral program, follow these steps to become a part of the Receipt Bot Customer Referral Program:

Step 1 – Login to the Receipt Bot app.

Note: If you are already a Receipt Bot user, log in to your account. If you are new to Receipt Bot, sign up and create your account. This program is available to active and paying account owners only.
This feature is not available via Receipt Bot mobile apps, and you need to log in via the web app.

Step 2 – Navigate to the “Subscription & Billing” page using the gear icon.

Note: This tab will only appear if you are an account owner in the Receipt Bot.

Step 3 – Click the “Join” button.

Step 4 – Select and copy the appropriate URL based on who you’ll be recommending Receipt Bot to, and share it with them.

  • If recommending to an Accountant or Bookkeeper, share the “Automation for Accountants & Bookkeepers” URL.
  • For someone interested in converting bank statements, share the “Solution for PDF Bank Statement Conversion” URL.
  • For general referrals without a clear understanding of their needs, share the “Receipt Bot – Simple Accounting Automation Software” URL.

Step 5 – Your referral registers a new account with Receipt Bot using your shared URL.

Step 6 – Your referral subscribes to a Paid Plan in the Receipt Bot.

At this point, you and your referral will receive 30% additional credits, based on the subscribed plan, as a reward.

You can review the total credits rewarded and all referral activities from the “Referral Rewards” tab.

You will also find the reward credits received on the billing history page for the relevant period.
