Suppose you wish to stop the automatic synchronisation of master data or document exports from Receipt Bot to your accounting software, i.e., QuickBooks Online/Xero. In that case, you can easily disconnect your accounting software from Receipt Bot.

Steps to disconnect Receipt Bot from integrated Accounting Software

You can follow these steps to disconnect a business in Receipt Bot:

Step 1 – Navigate to the ‘Integration Data’ page.

Step 2 – Click the ‘Permanently Disconnect’ button.

Step 3 – Confirm the disconnection by clicking the ‘Yes’ button.

Step 4 – Press ‘Ok’ to complete the disconnection process.

Your business should now be disconnected from the integrated accounting software.

Note: If you plan to integrate business with another accounting software, please contact the support team to reset your master data.


A: It will not delete any existing data. It only stops the automatic sync and document exports.


A: Disconnecting the Receipt Bot from your accounting will only affect synchronisation and export functionalities. You can still extract your document and download the data in CSV/Excel.
