Disconnect from accounting software

You can follow these steps to disconnect a Receipt Bot from the connected accounting software:

Step 1 – Click the Business Configuration option from the business menu, and navigate to the “Integrations” page.

Step 2 – Click the ‘Permanently Disconnect’ button.

Step 3 – Click the ‘Yes’ button to confirm.

Step 4 – Press ‘Ok’ to complete the disconnection process.

Your business should now be disconnected from the integrated accounting software.

Note: If you plan to integrate business with another accounting software, please contact the support team to reset the settings.

Q: Will disconnecting the accounting software delete any existing data?
A: It will not delete any existing data. It only stops the automatic sync and document exports.

Q: Will disconnecting the accounting software affect other functionalities of the Receipt Bot?
A: Disconnecting the Receipt Bot from your accounting will only affect synchronisation and export functionalities. You can still extract your document and download the data in CSV/Excel.thumb_upthumb_down
