Receipt Bot operates on a subscription-based billing model, where customers are billed monthly. Subscriptions may be cancelled for several reasons—whether manually through the billing settings, automatically at the end of a free trial or due to repeated payment failures.
Steps to Reactivate a Cancelled Subscription
Step 1 – Navigate to the Subscription & Billing page using the gear icon.
Step 2 – Click the “Reactivate Subscription” button
Step 3 – Select the desired billing currency.
Step 4 – Choose a plan according to your estimated usage.
Step 5 – Enter the discount code.
(the discount code is received in the Welcome email sent by Receipt Bot)
Step 6 – Click the “Next” button.
Step 7 – Review the terms & conditions and click the “Agree & Continue” button.
Step 8 – Review the plan details and click the “Proceed to checkout” button.
Step 9 – Enter your payment information and click the “Next” button.
Receipt Bot supports payment via MasterCard, VISA, American Express and PayPal accounts.
Step 10 – Click the “Pay & subscribe” button.
Your subscription to Receipt Bot will be reactivated immediately.
