Receipt Bot Update: Email Inbox View, Enhanced Document Linking, and Powerful Search

We’re thrilled to introduce exciting new features and enhancements in Receipt Bot that bring greater visibility, easier navigation, and more powerful search capabilities. This update simplifies document management, enhances productivity, and gives you deeper insights into your data with just a few clicks.

✨ New Features

Email Inbox View in Document Management

We understand that tracking document uploads via email could be cumbersome. Now, with the new Email Inbox View on the Upload History page, you can easily see a full trail of documents sent to your Receipt Bot inbox, complete with details like email from, email subject, forwarding address, upload time, and status. If an email fails to upload, the system displays the error details in the inbox, simplifying error resolution and boosting transparency.

Deep Link to Transactions on Contacts Page

Managing your contacts just got easier. We’ve added Purchase Transactions and Sales Transactions columns on the Contacts page. Now, you can see the number of processed documents linked to each contact. Even better, these numbers are clickable deep links that navigate you directly to the filtered list of documents, making it faster to find what you need.

Powerful Document Search

Our new Document Search feature makes finding documents or navigating through the Receipt Bot faster than ever. Type in a search query, and Receipt Bot will surface relevant documents.
