Automate Your Workflow with Webhook Exports

Manually transferring data between Receipt Bot and other business tools can be a slow, repetitive process, especially if a direct integration isn’t available. To bridge this gap, we’ve introduced Webhook Export functionality. You can now configure Receipt Bot to automatically send extracted invoice and receipt data to any external application or custom workflow that supports webhooks. This unlocks powerful automation possibilities, allowing you to create seamless, real-time connections with custom-built software, eliminating manual data entry and reducing errors.

🛠️ Bug Fixes

Your custom column settings (including hidden columns and their order) are now saved automatically, so your preferred layout will be there every time you log in.
Fixed an issue where large bank statements would get stuck in a “Rejoining” loop, preventing them from being processed. You can now upload and manage large documents smoothly.
We’ve aligned file naming conventions across the app for better consistency and easier document tracking.
Implemented several other minor bug fixes to improve overall system stability and performance.
