Granular Auto-Export Settings for Invoices and Statements<\/strong><\/h3>\n

If you have set up API workflows that require invoice data but not bank statement data, you can enable\/disable the events directly within the app.<\/p>\n

Receipt Bot provides separate auto-export settings specifically for invoices<\/strong> (both purchase and sales) and bank statements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

“Notes” Field Visibility in Main Document Grid<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The notes<\/strong> attached to documents were previously only visible upon opening the document details. This required extra clicks and could slow down document review workflows, especially for users needing quick context.<\/p>\n

A new “Notes” field<\/strong> has been added directly to the main document grid. You can now quickly glance at important information or internal comments associated with each document without needing to open its details.<\/p>\n

Copy Icon for Invoice Description<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We’ve added a convenient “copy icon”<\/strong> next to the description cell on the Invoice Details pop-up<\/strong>. A single click will now copy the full description to your clipboard. This small but powerful addition significantly speeds up data transfer and reduces manual effort when working with invoice details.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“New” Indicator for Contacts<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The contact<\/strong> column in the document and analysis grid now displays “(New)”<\/strong> next to recently added contacts<\/strong>. This subtle visual cue helps you quickly identify and review new contacts, speeding up the review process.<\/p>\n

Open Parent Documents in New Tab<\/strong><\/h3>\n

When viewing a child document<\/strong> (e.g., a credit note<\/strong>) and needing to access its parent document<\/strong> (e.g., the original invoice<\/strong>), navigating to the parent document would often replace your current view, causing you to lose context of your original task.<\/p>\n

You can now click to open parent documents<\/strong> in a new browser tab. This enhances your workflow by allowing you to simultaneously view related documents without losing your place or interrupting your current task, making cross-referencing much more efficient.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

  • Introduced a warning pop-up to prevent accidental data loss<\/strong> when leaving a document without saving changes.<\/li>\n
  • Optimised the PDF splitting<\/strong> process, significantly reducing the file size of split documents, which were very large in some cases.<\/li>\n
  • Resolved multiple functional and UI issues in the Supplier Statement<\/strong> and Sales Ledger<\/strong> modules, improving bulk creation, payment method dropdowns, and “Record As” options.<\/li>\n
  • Correctly display the names of Payment Methods in the filter <\/strong>instead of their\u00a0internal IDs.<\/li>\n
  • Removed the unnecessary ‘Please Select’ option from the Sales ‘Record As’<\/strong> dropdown in Extraction Rules<\/strong>, preventing invalid selections.<\/li>\n
  • Added visual loaders when changing pagination record counts<\/strong> on client-side grids, providing better feedback during data loading.<\/li>\n
  • Corrected the chargeable page calculation for “PDF Image to Text”<\/strong> documents, ensuring accurate billing.<\/li>\n
  • Updated the messaging when attempting to approve already approved documents to provide clearer feedback.<\/li>\n
  • Resolved an issue where leading zeros were lost when editing payment methods from the Master Data grid<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Addressed multiple issues related to Tracking Categories<\/strong> in Sales Invoice Analysis<\/strong>, ensuring accurate reporting.<\/li>\n
  • Ensured that the document grid<\/strong> and filter state<\/strong> for Bank Statements<\/strong> are now retained after returning from a detail view, improving navigation continuity.<\/li>\n
  • Resolved general issues affecting Master Data updates<\/strong>, ensuring consistent and reliable data management.<\/li>\n
  • Implemented various UI and alignment improvements on the Practice Management<\/strong> page for a cleaner and more consistent look.<\/li>\n
  • Resolved an issue where re-export<\/strong> to Sage One failed after changing a document’s “Record As”<\/strong> type to Spend\/Received Money<\/strong>, allowing for flexible re-export options.<\/li>\n
  • Enabled automatic selection of document rows in the Recycle Bin<\/strong> when navigating via “View Parent ID”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Implemented restrictions to prevent editing of reconciled supplier statements<\/strong> and sales ledger documents<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Corrected an issue where bank details were unnecessarily required for PayPal<\/strong> and Cash payment methods<\/strong>, streamlining setup.<\/li>\n
  • Ensured that Master Data fields<\/strong> (like address<\/strong>, default COA<\/strong>) automatically update when a contact is changed on a document, promoting data consistency.<\/li>\n
